E&L is a commercial financing brokerage. E&L is not a bank, direct lender, or funding provider, unless expressly identified otherwise in a separate written agreement. We may help a business explore potential financing options, organize information, and facilitate communications with third-party providers.

Site content and an initial inquiry are for general informational and preliminary review purposes only. They are not an offer, commitment, approval, recommendation, or guarantee of financing. Availability, approval, amount, pricing, factor rate or other cost, payment or collection structure, fees, timing, and conditions are determined by the applicable provider and the final transaction documents.

3. Authorized and accurate submissions

You represent that you are authorized to act for the business identified in your inquiry and that information you provide is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. You agree not to submit sensitive identifiers or documents through the public form.

4. Separate provider transactions

If you elect to proceed with a provider, that transaction will be governed by the provider’s separate disclosures, underwriting process, and agreement. You are responsible for reviewing every proposed term and seeking independent legal, tax, and financial advice where appropriate.
