E&L ADVANCE CAPITAL · PRIVACY
Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 11, 2026
E&L Advance Capital LLC (“E&L,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a commercial financing brokerage. This Policy explains how we collect, use, protect, retain, and disclose information submitted through this website and our initial inquiry process.
1. Information we collect
We may collect business and contact information, including the applicant’s name, role, business name, address, phone number, email address, requested financing amount and purpose, self-reported revenue, deposit activity, existing financing obligations, credit range, and document readiness. We also collect the date and time of a submission and limited technical information used to operate and protect the website.
Do not submit Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, payment-card details, passwords, login credentials, or financial documents through the public initial inquiry form.
2. How we use information
We use information to review an inquiry, communicate with the authorized business representative, assess whether a conversation or potential provider fit may be appropriate, operate the website, prevent abuse, maintain records, and comply with applicable law. We do not sell personal information.
3. Sharing with funding providers
An initial inquiry is reviewed by E&L first. Submitting the inquiry does not automatically authorize a credit check or send information to a funding provider. Before E&L sends information to a prospective provider, we will obtain a separate, affirmative authorization from an authorized representative, except where disclosure is otherwise required by law.
Once authorized, we may share only information reasonably needed for the provider’s review. A provider’s use of information is governed by its own privacy notice, underwriting process, and agreement.
4. Service providers and legal disclosures
We may use hosting, email, document-generation, communications, security, and professional service providers that process information for us under appropriate instructions. We may also disclose information where reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect rights or safety, prevent fraud, or in connection with a corporate transaction.
5. Retention and security
We retain inquiry records for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including business operations, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
6. Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of an inquiry record, subject to legal and operational requirements. You may also ask us to stop non-essential communications. To make a request, email info@eladvcap.com.
7. Changes and contact
We may update this Policy as our services and legal requirements evolve. The updated effective date will appear above. Questions may be sent to info@eladvcap.com.
This policy is a business template for E&L Advance Capital LLC and should be reviewed by qualified U.S. counsel before use in every jurisdiction where services are offered.
