Commercial financing may be expensive

Commercial financing products, including merchant cash advances and other receivables-based products, can have a cost structure that differs from a traditional loan. A factor rate is not the same as an interest rate or APR. Before accepting an offer, review the amount funded, net proceeds, total amount to be paid or delivered, all fees, payment or receivables-collection method, estimated payment frequency, default provisions, personal guaranty, security interest, reconciliation rights if applicable, and all other obligations.

Independent decision

You alone decide whether to pursue or accept any offer. Consider consulting your attorney, accountant, and financial adviser before signing. Do not rely on website material or an E&L discussion as a substitute for your own independent review of a final provider agreement.

Compensation

E&L may receive compensation from a provider or another transaction participant if a transaction closes. E&L will not charge a broker fee to a business unless that fee, its amount or method of calculation, and when it is due are disclosed in a separate written fee schedule signed by the business. E&L does not charge an advance fee for brokering services through this website.

No credit check without separate authorization

An initial inquiry does not itself authorize a credit check or provider submission. Any such authorization must be provided separately and clearly.
